This page will track your vehicle and equipment finance agreements (HP, lease, loans) alongside asset costing — monthly payments, interest, terms, balloon/end dates, book value and the true running cost of each asset. Tell me where this lives (a spreadsheet, Xero fixed assets, or the agreements themselves) and I’ll build it.

Not built yet. This page will show how all your costs are tracking — fuel, wages, maintenance, tyres, insurance, finance and overheads — period by period against budget or expectation, with variances flagged. Point me at the source (Xero, or a costs spreadsheet) and I’ll build it.
